1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Agent CM (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Agent CM is a private content management tool operated by L'École de Soi (“we”, “us”) for the internal use of authorized team members. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Access
Access to the Service is restricted to invited team members of L'École de Soi. Each user receives individual credentials and is responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and may be blocked automatically.
3. Description of Service
Agent CM is an internal automation tool that processes video content owned by L'École de Soi — including transcription, subtitle generation, caption writing, and publication to third-party social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) on behalf of authorized users via official OAuth authentication.
4. Third-Party Platforms
When you connect a third-party social platform account to Agent CM, you also agree to that platform's terms of service. We use official APIs (TikTok for Developers, Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API, Canva Connect API). We never store your platform passwords; we only store OAuth tokens, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Agent CM.
- You must not use the Service to publish illegal, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
- You must comply with the community guidelines of each connected platform.
- You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or authentication.
6. Intellectual Property
All video content uploaded to Agent CM remains the property of its original owner (L'École de Soi). The Service's code, design, and infrastructure are the exclusive property of L'École de Soi.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or shutdowns at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L'École de Soi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or platform-side rejections of published content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may revoke any third-party platform connection at any time by clicking “Disconnect” in your account settings, which deletes the corresponding OAuth tokens from our database.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
