1. Overview
Agent CM is a private content management tool operated by L'École de Soi for authorized team members. If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Agent CM through Meta Login, you can request deletion of the user data associated with that connection at any time.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
A deletion request covers personal data received from Meta or linked to your Meta connection, including:
- Facebook or Instagram account identifiers connected to Agent CM.
- Profile information returned by Meta, such as account name or username.
- OAuth access tokens and related token metadata stored for API access.
- Publication metadata tied to your connected account where deletion is legally and technically applicable.
Content owned by L'École de Soi and required for internal business records may be retained when legally necessary, but it will no longer be connected to your Meta OAuth credentials.
3. How To Request Deletion
Use the secure request form below. The form is sent directly to Agent CM and creates an internal deletion request for review.
Please include:
- The email address used to access Agent CM.
- The Facebook Page, Facebook account, or Instagram account you connected.
- A short statement confirming that you want your Meta-related data deleted from Agent CM.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, or private API credentials.
4. Verification And Processing
For security, we may verify that the request comes from an authorized Agent CM user or from the owner of the connected Meta account. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
After processing, we will confirm the deletion using the contact email submitted in the form. If we cannot complete the request, we will explain why and identify any data that must be retained.
5. Disconnecting Access Immediately
You can also revoke Agent CM's access from your Meta account by visiting Facebook's Settings & Privacy area, opening Apps and Websites, selecting Agent_CM, and removing the app. This prevents future access but does not replace a deletion request for data already stored in Agent CM.
